On Saturday, September 19, I will be participating in BIKE HSS to benefit Hospital for Special Surgery.
Musculoskeletal issues are among the leading causes of disability, affecting more than one in every two adults in the US. Funds raised through BIKE HSS will accelerate Hospital for Special Surgery’s efforts to:
- Drive groundbreaking research for new treatments.
- Advance life-changing care at HSS and worldwide
- Pioneer innovative surgical techniques for the most complex orthopedic and rheumatic conditions
I am participating in support of every person who suffers from a musculoskeletal condition because MOVEment, health, and wellness are more important than ever.
I will be riding with Dr. David Maymen's Team. He is the surgeon that worked on Leslie's new knees and this is the best way I can think of to say thank you for his skilled hands and huge heart.
