On Saturday, September 13, I will be participating in BIKE HSS to benefit Hospital for Special Surgery, specifically the Office of Wellness and Resiliency (OWR). The OWR exists to equip our caregivers with the tools and strategies to mitigate burnout in an increasingly challenging health care environment.
