A RIDE FOR ALL
On September 13, 2025, the BIKE HSS community will join together for an unforgettable day. From an inspiring Opening Ceremony to scenic routes and the cheers of your biggest fans at the finish line, every dollar we raise fuels innovation at HSS. Together, we’ll advance mobility and transform lives.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be 16 years or older to participate as a cyclist in BIKE HSS. Identification will be required at check-in. Anyone under 18 has to have a parent or guardian sign the consent form of the minor, as well as ensure that the minor will ride with them at all times. Under no circumstances can infants or children ride in a seat attached to a bicycle or any other riding apparatus.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When is the BIKE HSS Ride?
The BIKE HSS Ride and Walk will take place on Saturday, September 13.
I want to ride. What are the fundraising requirements?
There is a suggested fundraising goal of $500. Due to our mission in providing critical musculoskeletal care, we highly encourage it. We set your fundraising goal to what is easily attainable ($500 for 10 Mile, 25 Mile, AND 62 Mile Riders), and there are amazing incentive prizes for meeting those goals. We’re here to help you every step of the way and provide you with great resources and tools to surpass your goals with ease.
How much is registration for riders? Does this fee go towards my Fundraising Goal?
There is a $95 Registration Fee for all Riders. No, your non-refundable registration fee is not a tax-deductible donation, and therefore can’t apply toward your fundraising goal. These registration fees help offset the costs of producing the Ride and all of the great services we provide to you.
Do I need to supply my own bike?
Please bring your own bike or you can rent one here. Supplies are limited, so we recommend renting early as possible.
How old do I need to be to ride?
You must be 16 years or older to participate in BIKE HSS. Identification will be required at check-in. Anyone under 18 has to have a parent or guardian sign the consent form of the minor, as well as ensure that the minor will ride with them at all times.
What are the routes? Are maps of the routes available?
Check out the routes here to learn more about the 2025 routes. For your safety, we do not announce specific route details until event week. Overview maps of the routes can be viewed here. Keep in mind, extensive safety measures, such as traffic control devices and law enforcement officers, are in place on event day that are not in place on any given day. While we will provide GPS routes for riders to load into their bike computers should they choose, all routes will be marked with both signage and Route Arrows to allow all riders to navigate the course easily.
