FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When is BIKE HSS Ride?
The BIKE HSS Walk/Run will take place on Saturday, September 13.
I want to walk/run. What are the fundraising requirements?
There is a suggested fundraising goal of $500. Due to our mission in providing critical musculoskeletal care, we highly encourage it. We set your fundraising goal to what is easily attainable and there are amazing incentive prizes for meeting those goals. We’re here to help you every step of the way and provide you with great resources and tools to surpass your goals with ease.
How much is registration for walker/runners? Does this fee go towards my Fundraising Goal?
There is $95 Registration Fee for all Riders. No, your non-refundable registration fee is not a tax-deductible donation, and therefore can’t apply toward your fundraising goal. These registration fees help offset the costs of producing the Walk and all of the great services we provide to you.
How old do I need to be to walk/run?
Everyone’s welcome at the BIKE HSS Walk/Run—no matter your age or ability! Whether you’re walking with the kids, running with friends, or taking it at your own pace, this event is for you. It’s all about getting moving, having fun, and supporting a cause that makes a difference. So lace up your shoes, bring the whole family, and let’s move together for HSS!
What is the route? Is a map of the route available?
Check out the routes here to learn more about the 2025 routes. For your safety, we do not announce specific route details until event week. Overview maps of the routes will be shared in the coming months. Keep in mind, extensive safety measures, such as traffic control devices and law enforcement officers, are in place on event day that are not in place on any given day. The route will be marked with both signage and Route Arrows to allow all walkers and runners to navigate the course easily.
